The scope of the project is to deepen the understanding of the current PaySafe merchant customer journeys, with particular emphasis on the on-boarding experiences and engagement of the marketplaces, partner/agents as well as the direct merchant customers. 

There is also a requirement to achieve a deeper understanding of the landscape and establish an effective approach to customer segmentation for this audience.
